Job Title: Office Assistant & Telecaller
Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Office Assistant & Telecaller to manage day-to-day office operations and handle client calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries. - Receive incoming calls and respond professionally. - Schedule client meetings and maintain appointment records. - Maintain customer databases and update lead information. - Handle basic office administration and documentation. - Coordinate with the design team and vendors when required. - Prepare quotations, invoices, and other office documents. - Manage WhatsApp and email communication with clients. Requirements: - Graduate or 12th Pass. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email. - Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work independently. Experience: - Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. Location: Office-based Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
