Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network of channel partners and a proven track record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through an established channel partner network and direct sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network.
- Conduct property presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate business development.
- Strong brand presence and an active network of channel partners in the real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to generate consistent business through channel sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
