Position Overview:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 4-5 years of experience who excels in both technical engineering and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for single-handedly managing construction sites, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Site Management: Oversee and manage construction sites simultaneously. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards and safety regulations.
· Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical support on engineering designs, construction techniques, and problem-solving. Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, and calculations.
· Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and coordinate with site engineers, construction crews, and subcontractors. Provide mentorship and foster a productive work environment.
· Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding site progress and issues. Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
· Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenditures, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently across multiple sites.
· Strategic Planning: Apply MBA skills to contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements. Identify and implement process efficiencies and growth opportunities.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and quality assurance practices. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address and resolve site issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.
· Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, progress, and performance. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for each site.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. MBA from a recognized institution, preferably with a focus on construction management or a related field.
· Experience: 4-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with proven experience in managing multiple construction sites.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools. Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and safety standards.
· Managerial Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead teams, and oversee all aspects of construction site management.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
