Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Baihata & Lankeswar
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell cement products within assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction among dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote cement products to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project customers.
- Increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
- Provide technical and product-related information to customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Channel Management
- Appoint and manage dealers/distributors as per company guidelines.
- Monitor dealer stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Support channel partners in sales promotion activities.
- Coordinate with distributors for timely order execution and collections.
Collections & Reporting
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Forecast sales and prepare territory plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in cement, construction materials, building products, steel, paints, or related industries.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relationship-building and networking skills.
- Knowledge of construction and building materials market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Two wheeler is mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
