Job Title: Purchase / Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement activities for lighting and architectural products.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (domestic and international).
Manage overseas correspondence with suppliers, manufacturers, and stakeholders.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, components, and services as per project requirements.
Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain vendor relationships and develop alternate sourcing options to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, projects, logistics, accounts) to meet procurement needs.
Monitor inventory levels and align procurement plans with project timelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchase within the lighting or architectural industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and import/export procedures.
Excellent communication skills with experience in overseas correspondence.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
