As a Software Engineer on the Partner Integrations team, you will develop and maintain code for DocuSign Agreement Cloud (DAC) partner integrations. You will also contribute back-end code to our integration framework while staying laser-focused on the customer experience. A successful candidate will have a flexible attitude and the ability to learn, share, and interact with multi-functional teams. This person enjoys working in a fast-paced agile environment and cares deeply about their decisions. Ultimately, you will be an accountable, dedicated, and passionate engineer focused on quality-driven development.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering.
Responsibility
Build and maintain partner integrations
Contribute to our integration framework
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, User Experience, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to create relevant software for partners and customers
Help improve our processes and champion best practices such as TDD, and code reviews
Provide developer support for customer issues
Mentor junior team members
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on development experience building distributed or web-scale systems
Solid proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL databases
Preferred
Experience designing or working with microservice architectures and RESTful web services
Experience deploying and operating services on a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release processes
Willingness and ability to work across different parts of the technology stack in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and contributing to the reliability and availability of production systems
