We are looking for a clear-spoken, empathetic, and detail-oriented Communication Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Answer inbound calls, emails, or chats promptly and professionally to address customer questions and concerns.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate solutions or escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Data Management: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in Excel/Google sheet
- Follow-Ups: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school, Intermediate, graduate.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English / Hindi(and any other preferred local languages).
- Technical Skills: Good computer literacy, including quick typing skills and familiarity
- Traits: Strong active listening skills, patience, emotional resilience, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience: 0-6 months
- Freshers are welcome
