Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM MEP Modeler with 2+ years of experience in developing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models using BIM software. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating accurate 3D models, preparing shop drawings, and supporting project coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create detailed 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Generate shop drawings, sections, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plans.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions and site requirements.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of project deliverables.
- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a BIM MEP Modeler.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Good understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
- Experience in creating LOD 300/350 models.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
