We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer Trainer to deliver high-quality training in user interface design, user experience design, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on UI Design, UX Design, and Graphic Design concepts and tools.
- Teach design principles, typography, color theory, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
- Train learners in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Guide students in user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, design systems, and usability testing.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, practical assignments, and real-world design projects.
- Review student work, provide constructive feedback, and mentor learners to improve their design skills.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments based on current industry trends.
- Assist students in creating professional portfolios and preparing for interviews.
- Evaluate learner progress through quizzes, projects, and practical assessments.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure training quality and student success.
- Stay up to date with the latest design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).Proven experience in UI/UX Design and Graphic Design, with prior training or mentoring experience preferred.Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.Experience delivering classroom, online, or corporate training programs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
