Weavers Web is Hiring – NetOps & SysOps Engineer
Location: Kolkata (Onsite)
Experience: 2.5–3 Years
Working Days: Monday to Friday

**** Mandatory Requirement: Prior experience in an IT Service based company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain hardware firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPN tunnels, web filtering, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and routing across multi-site environments.
- Deploy, configure, and manage wireless networking solutions using Ruckus, Cambium, D-Link, and TP-Link access points with centralized controllers for provisioning and RF optimization.
- Manage and secure Windows and Linux-based IT infrastructure. Handle end-to-end user onboarding/offboarding, corporate email setup, and access management.
- Administer COSEC VYOM biometric attendance systems, access control solutions, and IP CCTV surveillance infrastructure with NVR storage management.
- Maintain server room cabling, UniFlow print management, and ID card generation through Cardpresso. Provide remote Tier 2/3 technical support using Zoho ManageEngine and perform diagnostic repairs on endpoint hardware.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices, including component-level diagnostics and hardware repair.
The candidate must possess good networking knowledge along with hardware knowledge.
