About Beyond Folks
Beyond Folks is a creative marketing and branding agency that helps businesses grow through branding, performance marketing, influencer marketing, content production, website development, and digital solutions. We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Associate to expand our client base and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently reaching out to potential clients.
* Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
* Travel to meet prospective clients, attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
* Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable marketing, branding, advertising, website development, and digital marketing solutions.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch decks in coordination with the internal team.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
* Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities using CRM tools.
* Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and business development targets.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
* 1 - 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
* Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
* Previous experience in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative agency is a strong advantage.
* Proven experience in outbound lead generation, client outreach, and business development.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to confidently conduct client meetings and deliver business presentations.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an added advantage.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
