Role Description The Sales Executive will manage end-to-end sales activities for Kneesy Health’s knee care services in Pune City in a full-time, on-site capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, engaging with patients and partners, explaining Kneesy Health’s offerings, and converting inquiries into consultations and treatment plans. The role involves building relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners, conducting in-clinic and community outreach, and participating in local events to drive brand awareness. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience from first contact through treatment. This role requires proactive follow-up, consistent achievement of sales targets, and a patient-centered approach aligned with the organization’s values of transparency and trust.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and relationship management with patients, families, and healthcare partners.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical services sales, with the ability to explain clinical offerings in clear, accessible language.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools, data entry, and sales reporting to track leads, conversions, and pipeline activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including confident in-person and phone-based interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage field visits, and participate in community or clinic-based outreach activities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Comfort working in a start-up or growth-stage environment, with adaptability, initiative, and a patient-first approach to decision making.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
