In this role, you'll:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- Regularly visit production or customer sites and prepare detailed visit reports
- Monitor industry landscape—including competitors, partners, and trends—to inform product roadmap and broader strategies
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites or factories
Qualifications :
- Experience: 2+ years leading Enterprise Sales teams — particularly selling platform-as-a-service or in a product-led growth company
- Skills: Designing and executing complex deal strategies; supporting growth at high-performance companies; leading high-visibility events (e.g., conferences, product launches, Customer Advisory Boards)
- Strategic mindset: Gathering and distilling market intelligence (industry, competitor, customer insights); reporting on customer success activities
