Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment operations for multiple client accounts.
- Must have 5 active US IT staffing clients or a proven track record of handling them.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with clients to understand technical requirements and workforce needs.
- Ensure timely submission and placement of quality candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, SLAs, and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure business growth and retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide recruitment status updates.
- Implement recruitment strategies and process improvements to enhance delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring processes and documentation.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Experience:
- RPO Manager: 4 years (Preferred)
