Wanted HIC Supervisor with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Hospital Infection Control.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and implement hospital infection prevention and control practices.
Conduct regular infection control rounds and audits.
Monitor hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, and sterilization practices.
Conduct infection control training and awareness programs for staff.
Maintain HIC records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor compliance with NABH infection control standards.
Identify infection risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with clinical and support departments for infection control activities.
