Role Overview:
We are looking for a Conceptualiser who can combine client servicing, creative thinking, and event curation. The role requires hands-on involvement in understanding client requirements and translating them into well-defined event concepts, especially for government and large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret client briefs, including government and institutional projects
- Develop event concepts, themes, and curated experience journeys
- Manage client communication and presentations independently
- Create structured pitch decks with clear storytelling and flow
- Write compelling copy for presentations, concepts, and proposals
- Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams
- Ensure alignment between concept, client expectations, and final output
- Handle multiple projects and timelines efficiently
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or experiential projects
- Strong experience in client servicing and stakeholder management
- Proven exposure to government events / large-scale projects
- Ability to curate end-to-end event experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong copywriting and content structuring ability
- Understanding of event execution and production feasibility
Preferred Profile:
- Someone who can balance creativity with practicality
- Comfortable handling clients and internal teams simultaneously
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
The Salary is negotiable and could be discussed as per experience
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
