Job Title: Clerk – Backend Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office and backend operations.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Perform data entry and update databases accurately.
- Prepare reports, letters, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
- Manage office records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in administrative and clerical activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in office administration or backend operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
