We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Communicate with prospective and existing clients through calls, messages, and virtual meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly performance targets.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Sales, Customer Success, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Professional attitude and positive approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Compensation & Benefits
