Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Maintain product knowledge on all lighting categories and brands.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding stock availability and deliveries.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented attractively.
- Update customer details and sales activities in company records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience (lighting, electrical, interior, furniture, or related industry preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and quotations.
- Presentable, confident, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work on weekends and showroom timings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with architects and interior designers.
- Knowledge of decorative and architectural lighting products.
