Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure proper inventory management, and maintain smooth logistics and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse activities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and materials
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of goods
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with procurement, training, and operations teams
- Conduct regular stock audits and prepare reports
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / B.Tech / Graduation / Post-Graduation
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Basic knowledge of inventory software / MS Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively
Salary
Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
