Job Summary
Tanvii Technologies is looking for a proactive and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Candidates with strong communication and organizational skills who are passionate about building a positive workplace are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Track employee attendance and leave records.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Gender: Male/Female.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn is an advantage.
