We are looking for a Customer Feedback Executive to collect customer feedback at client locations across Chennai. The role involves interacting with customers and recording their feedback about services.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned client locations in Chennai.
- Interact with customers and collect feedback about their service experience.
- Collect a minimum of 30 feedback responses per day.
- Submit daily feedback reports to management.
- Travel to different locations according to the daily schedule.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Age 18 years or above.
- Any degree.
- Must be located in Chennai.
- Two-wheeler required for travel.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + travel allowance
