Job Summary
Zovilo India is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Retail Apparels industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business development, client acquisition, market expansion, and sales strategy. Candidates must be local to Ranchi and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail apparel sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business commitments.
- Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a Business Development role.
- Industry Experience: Mandatory experience in Retail Apparels.
- Location Preference: Only local candidates from Ranchi will be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong business development and sales expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the retail apparel market.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
