- Jira Administration & Customization: Extensive experience in designing complex workflow, field configurations, screen schemes, and permission schemes within Jira Software (Cloud or Data Center).
- Automation & Scripting: Strong proficiency in automating workflows using scripting languages (Groovy, Python, or JavaScript) and implementing plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, or Email.
- API & Integration: Deep understanding of REST APIs to integrate Jira with other business tools for seamless workflow processes.
- Expertise in JQL: Advanced usage of Jira Query Language (JQL) for creating complex reports, filters, and dashboards.
- Technical Support: Experience in troubleshooting, system administration, and resolving elevated user support requests.
- Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with SAFe, Agile, and DevOps methodologies to optimize team workflows.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy solutions
