- Monitor and control food & beverage costs, inventory, and stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and verify purchases, receipts, and consumption records.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with kitchen, stores, purchasing, and accounts teams to ensure accurate cost control and reporting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
