Executive Tours is looking for a smart, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily office coordination, client communication, and operational support efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and coordination activities
- Handle client calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
- Coordinate vehicle bookings, driver schedules, and travel operations
- Maintain driver records, trip calculations, invoices, quotations, and office documents
- Supervise and coordinate drivers while ensuring smooth operations
- Maintain vendor and customer relationships
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks
- Manage office supplies and general administrative support
Requirements
- Candidates must be based in Kochi
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
- Prior work experience is not mandatory
