Job Summary (Prior experience in retail / fashion / luxury sales is preferred)
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to assist customers in selecting outfits, provide styling advice, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive sales through personalized styling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with a professional and friendly approach
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits, fits, and styles
- Provide expert advice on fabrics, trends, tailoring, and accessories
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store hygiene
- Coordinate with the tailoring team for alterations and fittings
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Handle billing, stock coordination, and basic store operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum education: 12th pass (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Passion for fashion and styling
- Prior experience in retail / fashion / luxury sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Groomed, presentable, and professional appearance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
