Job Summary
Flexpro Electrical Pvt Ltd is looking for an Inward Quality Control Engineer to inspect incoming raw materials, components, and purchased items to ensure they meet quality standards and technical specifications. The role involves inspection, documentation, vendor coordination, and supporting quality systems in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming material inspection as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Check dimensions, visual quality, and functionality of mechanical components.
- Maintain inward inspection reports and related records.
- Identify non-conforming materials and coordinate with purchase for corrective action.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers, micrometre, height gauge, and other inspection tools.
- Verify supplier quality documents, test certificates, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with store, purchase, and production departments for quality-related issues.
- Ensure rejected material is properly segregated and documented.
- Support implementation of quality procedures and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain compliance with company quality systems and standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings and measurement techniques.
- Hands-on experience with quality inspection tools.
- Good understanding of inward quality process in manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and report preparation.
- Ability to handle quality issues.
- MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
