Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Sr. Team Leader / Sr. Principal Consultant who will join along with an existing team of sales professionals. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing team performance, and handling high-value real estate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives/consultants (own team)
- Drive individual as well as team sales targets
- Handle premium clients and high-value property deals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Support team members in lead conversion and deal closures
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and sales output
- Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business
- Coordinate with pre-sales and marketing teams for lead flow
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate must join along with an active sales team (minimum 3–6 members)
- Proven track record of team performance and revenue generation
- Strong leadership and team retention capability
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team handling experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Expertise in real estate sales and closures
- Ability to handle high-pressure sales environment
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Experience:
- 6–10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Minimum 3–5 years in team handling role
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates with an existing performing team
- Strong knowledge of Noida / NCR real estate market
- Experience in premium residential/commercial sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
