Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) / IT Sales / Client Acquisition Specialist to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within the IT sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT Services and Staffing domain.
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HR professionals, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services, staffing, and recruitment solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client servicing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or IT Staffing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Good understanding of IT Services, Software Development, and IT Staffing solutions.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
