- Handle complete end-to-end accounting functions of the organization, including day-to-day accounting entries, journal vouchers, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper recording of financial transactions in the ERP/Accounting software.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor payments, customer collections, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow reports, and other management reports.
- Calculate, reconcile, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.), ensuring timely statutory compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filing, issuance of TDS certificates, and reconciliation with Form 26AS/TRACES.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other applicable laws.
- Handle complete Import & Export accounting, including accounting of import/export transactions, verification of shipping documents, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, Letter of Credit (LC), customs duty, IGST, freight, insurance, foreign remittances, and exchange rate accounting.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for smooth execution of import/export transactions and statutory compliance.
- Maintain complete documentation related to import/export transactions and ensure compliance with DGFT, FEMA, RBI, GST, and Customs regulations.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and financial assessments.
- Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor internal financial controls, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents for audit readiness and regulatory requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
