Job Overview:-
We at Triitans Solitaire are seeking a proactive and target-driven IT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving business for IT services such as web designing, development, and other digital solutions. This role requires both online and offline sales efforts along with a strong understanding of IT services.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Execute email marketing campaigns to reach and engage prospects
- Generate leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr
- Actively bring in projects through offline market visits, networking, and direct client interactions
- Promote and sell IT services including web designing, development, and other IT projects
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Convert leads into business opportunities and close sales deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with the technical team for seamless project execution
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
- Strong knowledge of IT services, especially web designing and development
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales (online & offline)
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and email marketing
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently generate and close leads
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
Preferred Experience:-
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development
- Experience in handling web design or IT service-based projects
- Prior experience in field sales/market visits will be an added advantage
