As an Inside Sales Intern, you will play a key role in driving Internzlearn’s revenue by engaging with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and online communication channels. This role is focused on student counseling, course pitching, follow-ups, and conversions.
This is an ideal role for students who want hands-on exposure to sales, communication, and business development in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Handling & Student Engagement
- Contact and engage with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable Internzlearn programs.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, internships, pricing, and outcomes.
- Sales & Conversion
- Pitch Internzlearn’s training and internship programs effectively.
- Follow up with interested students and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Work towards assigned daily and monthly conversion targets.
- CRM & Reporting
- Update lead details, call outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM systems or trackers.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions.
- Coordination & Learning
- Coordinate with team leaders and senior sales members for strategy improvement.
- Participate in product, sales, and communication training sessions.
