We are hiring a Stores Incharge with experience of 3 - 5 yrs in manufacturing (preferably Defence/Aerospace/Heavy Engineering). The candidate will manage inventory, maintain stock records, handle inward/outward material, and ensure compliance with audit and quality standards. Experience with ERP systems like SAP is required (training will be provided, if required).
Key Skills Required:
- Inventory Management
- Stock tracking (FIFO/LIFO, batch control)
- Handling raw materials, spares, and finished goods
- ERP Systems
- Experience with tools like SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, or Tally
- Documentation & Compliance
- GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, stock registers
- Knowledge of audit processes and traceability (critical in defence)
- Material Handling
- Knowledge of industrial storage practices
- Handling hazardous or sensitive materials
- Coordination
- Working with procurement, production, and quality teams
