Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Accounts Trainee who is eager to learn, grow, and take on multiple responsibilities. This is not a role limited to accounting alone. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to contribute across different business functions, including accounting, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoice preparation, GST-related documentation, and account reconciliation.
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, product listings, inventory updates, and customer coordination.
- Assist with digital marketing activities such as social media management, content posting, and basic campaign support.
- Coordinate with different departments and provide operational support as required.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Learn new tools, software, and business processes as needed.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different types of work.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, etc.).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
Training & Growth
We believe in developing talent. If you don't have experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, complete training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn rather than those who want to limit themselves to a single responsibility.
