Position: Sr. Manager / AGM – Purchase & Procurement

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for construction projects.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Manage vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and performance.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracting services.
- Monitor procurement budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and contract compliance.
- Coordinate with Project, Stores, QS, and Finance teams for material planning and execution.
- Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and audit compliance.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team.
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Engineering or Commerce graduates preferred. MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- 12+ years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
