- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning
Pay: ₹15,000.14 - ₹20,036.56 per month
