- Assist in managing day-to-day operations.
- Supervise Branch staff and ensure smooth workflow during shifts.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with staffs for efficient operations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Support in staff training and team development.
- Monitor sales performance and help achieve operational targets.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with management.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- 3-5 yrs of experience is preferred
