Location: Ahmedabad (Travel Across Gujarat)
Experience: 4–8 Years
We are hiring an experienced Sales Trainer for a leading FMCG company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing field sales teams, improving sales performance, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and sales training for field teams.
- Train on sales techniques, product knowledge, and distributor management.
- Identify training needs through field visits.
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve productivity.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training reports.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of FMCG sales training experience.
- Experience training field sales teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Good knowledge of FMCG sales processes.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
