Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Handle incoming inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product or service information via phone, email, or direct interaction.
- Relationship Building: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure expectations are met and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to solve complex client issues.
- Database Management: Keep customer records, interactions, and feedback accurately updated within CRM platforms.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
