Job description:
Lucien Solutions is a digital marketing agency catering to lawyers and other professionals. We are expanding our service offerings and adding PR to it.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven PR Executive to support and execute our public relations strategy. You will be responsible for building brand visibility, managing media relationships, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute press releases, media pitches, and story ideas to journalists and editors across print, digital, and broadcast channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, bloggers, and influencers
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR performance and brand sentiment
- Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, product launches, and events
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, design) to ensure messaging consistency
- Manage and update the media contact database
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify PR opportunities
- Assist in crisis communications and reputation management when required
- Prepare briefing notes and talking points for spokespeople ahead of interviews
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a PR agency or in-house communications role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong media relations skills with an existing network of contacts (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools
- A proactive attitude with a sharp eye for a good story
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media management or influencer marketing
- Familiarity with SEO and digital PR tactics
- Legal industry experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
