Myinspace Projects is looking for a responsible and organized Project Management professional to manage project coordination and execution activities. This is primarily an office-based role involving planning, coordination, documentation, communication and regular follow-ups with clients, vendors and internal project teams. Occasional visits to project sites may be required for monitoring progress, coordinating activities and resolving execution-related issues. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and skilled in communication, problem-solving and project tracking.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from order confirmation through execution and final completion.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, material requirements, site activities and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct occasional site visits, monitor work progress and resolve execution-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates on project status, challenges and completion.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
- Good planning, problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Willing to make occasional visits to project sites when required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and basic project-management tools.
- Responsible, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Language Proficiency:
English, Hindi and Gujarati – good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, Operations or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
