About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across calls, emails, chats, and other channels with professionalism and empathy. This role is office-based, and candidates should be comfortable working from the office full time.
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner
- Manage escalated customer issues independently and ensure satisfactory resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Support customers through email ticketing, phone, and WhatsApp
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Providing expert technical support to customers
- Answering service queries through phone, email, chat, or self-service tools.
- Take customer feedback and continuously strive for service improvement
- Help build training lessons and improve service delivery systems
- Achieve performance targets and quality metrics
- Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Additional languages like Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada are a plus
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally
- Highly motivated, independent, and able to take initiative
- Focus on enhancing customer experience in every interaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Strong customer orientation, professional attitude, and empathy
