So, what’s the gig?
At 2 Pints Brewing, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts who brings structure, clarity, and financial discipline to our growing operations.
You’ll be the backbone of our accounting function — ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and insightful reporting that helps leadership make informed decisions.
This role is about more than bookkeeping — it’s about building systems, strengthening controls, and supporting sustainable expansion.
The good stuff you'll own
- Own General Ledger accounting: Manage GL accounting, account reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account clean-up to ensure accurate and reliable financial records.
- Lead month-end closures: Drive timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Deliver meaningful MIS: Prepare and analyse monthly MIS reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and key financial metrics for management review.
- Stay ahead of statutory compliance: Calculate, reconcile, and file GST and TDS returns while ensuring complete compliance with applicable regulations and statutory timelines.
- Own audit readiness: Prepare financial statements, schedules, and supporting documentation for statutory audits while coordinating with auditors to ensure smooth and timely audit completion.
- Manage group entity accounting: Handle accounting activities across multiple group companies, including inter-company reconciliations and reporting.
- Drive fund management: Support cash flow planning, fund utilisation, working capital monitoring, and liquidity management to ensure smooth business operations.
- Strengthen financial controls: Continuously improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting practices to support a scalable finance function.
- Support better business decisions: Provide financial analysis and actionable insights that help leadership plan responsibly and grow sustainably.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in MIS reporting, financial closing, and audit handling.
- Solid understanding of cash flow planning and cost management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
