Position: Showroom Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, materials, designs, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Generate pipeline and follow up on sales leads.
- Coordinate with the design teams to provide suitable solutions to clients.
- Assist design team to Prepare quotations throughout the sales stage.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Ensure showroom displays are well-maintained and presentable.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or interior industry sales can be added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays if required.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Should be aggressive for sales closure
Preferred:
- Experience in Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, Home Décor, or Building Materials sales.
- Knowledge of interior products and materials is an added advantage.
