Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Referrals: Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, corporate partners, and insurance providers to boost patient referrals. [1, 2, 3]
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and wellness packages. [1]
- Community Outreach: Organize health awareness camps, workshops, continuing medical education (CME) events, and promotional activities. [1]
- Content & Digital Media: Oversee social media channels, create engaging healthcare content, and manage print or online advertising. [1]
- Market Research: Analyze patient demographics, competitor positioning, and healthcare industry trends. [1]
- Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing return on investment (ROI), track patient footfall metrics, and submit regular reports to upper management. [1, 2, 3]
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting. FRESHERS ARE ALSO WELCOMED.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities, strong digital marketing literacy (SEO, social media, content strategy), and analytical proficiency. [1]
