Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Rehabari, Guwahati
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents.
- Maintain office files and assist in data entry.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams and management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Well-organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
