JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD INTERN

Nagpur -Modha/bhivapuri/kalmeshwar/bhandara gondia
Role Summary:
The Field Intern will support the sales team by visiting Agriculture Input Shops (Dealers
& Retailers), collecting market information, identifying business opportunities, and assisting in
dealer development activities in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit a minimum of 8 new Agriculture Input Shops (Dealers/Retailers) daily in the assigned
territory.
- Collect dealer details and maintain an updated database of agriculture input shops.
- Identify potential dealers and support new dealer onboarding activities.
- Conduct market surveys and collect information on competitor products, schemes, and market
activities.
- Assist in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market intelligence collection.
- Submit daily visit reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.
- Perform other field-related tasks assigned by the department.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred Qualification:
- Post Graduate in Agriculture/ B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma Agriculture
- Any Graduate willing to work in field operations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
