Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Head to oversee and manage all security operations across the school campus. The selected candidate will ensure the safety and security of students, staff, visitors, and school property.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the security team and guards.
- Monitor campus security systems and CCTV surveillance.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Manage visitor entry and exit protocols.
- Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills.
- Maintain security records and incident reports.
- Liaise with local authorities whenever required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management.
- Experience in schools, educational institutions, defence, police, or corporate security will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and maintain discipline on campus.
- Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
