- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in accounting software.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances within deadlines.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and internal reviews.
- Verify purchase orders, expense claims, salary processing, and vendor payments.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and taxation regulations.
- Assist in inventory accounting, cost tracking, and financial analysis.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective financial controls.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software is essential.
- Candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
